Garces is not responsible for loss or stolen cards.

If you experience delivery issues with gift cards, Garces may; at it's own direction, replace the card with one of equal value and void the originally issued card. Should the original card be delivered after notice is given to Garces the original card shall have no value and must destroyed.

Delivery of any product is not guaranteed by any given date, and Garces is not responsible for late or missed delivery dates beyond final delivery of the requested products.

Garces gift card are redeemable for Food and Beverage purchases at any participating locations. Gift cards may not available for use at Garces Group partner locations. Garces gift card cannot be use for online purchase, catered events, events booked via the special events department.
